No matter if it’s your first 100kg deadlift or your first national or even international level championship.Coaching includes a fully customized training plan, delivered in my training app. The plan is based on your strengths and weaknesses, keeping your daily life and long-term goals in mind.Depending on your needs you will receive daily or weekly video feedback and direct WhatsApp support with fast response times—so you’re never guessing what to do.Optional 1:1 sessions and meet day handling available in Switzerland & Denmark.

Frequently asked questions
What is included in online powerlifting coaching?My online powerlifting coaching includes weekly programming in our own app where you can also upload your training videos. At the end of every week there is a review of your technique, a technique analysis and a check in on your progress. Of course during the week we will be in contact through messages and if you have any questions or need support you can always reach out.
Is online coaching good for beginners?Especially beginners profit a lot from coaching. You learn good technique and experience productive programming to not only get coached but also learn how to train in your future career.
Is the coaching only for competitive athletes?
The coaching is for everyone who wants to get better and stronger at the barbell lifts or in strength sports like strongman, weightlifting or powerlifting. Competitions are optional.
Can I work with you even from other countries than Denmark or Switzerland?
Yes absolutely! Since I am based in Denmark and Switzerland it is easier to meet in person but I have worked with athltes from all over the world from the US to Vietnam. Online coaching is a good fit no matter where you are or live.
Do you offer personal training?
Yes. If you are coached by me you always have to option to do an in person training if geographically possible. A lot of my athletes come visit me in my gym in Olten and we do focused technique sessions. If your competitions are close I also offer meet day handling for everyone who is a client of mine.
How do I choose the right powerlifting coach?
If you are currently looking for coaches make sure you pick a coach with specific powerlifting experience. A coach should have a history of competing themselves and also a history of working with athletes that achieve their goals.
